The Bismarck Cancer Center will kick off its educational Project Hope week with “Unite for Hope”, a family-friendly walk and wellness expo that will take place on Sunday, May 5, at the Bismarck Municipal Country Club, 1200 N Washington St #1, Bismarck. The event will feature wellness booths, and the inflatable colon, with the walk taking place around the Tom O’Leary Golf Course. People are encouraged to fund raise as individuals or get a team together to make a difference for those affected by cancer in our community and region. Registration and wellness booths will start at 1 p.m., with the walk beginning at 2 p.m. Participants are encouraged to dress in cancer awareness colors. In addition, there will be several ways to honor cancer patients and survivors.
