Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library Presents “Reader’s Voice Book Discussions”. The group meets at 7 p.m. in the Library’s Missouri River Room on the first Tuesday from September to May (excluding January). Everyone is welcome and there is no charge to attend. Books are available for checkout at the library. The library is at 515 N 5th Street in Bismarck.
