“Furs, Frogs, Flowers, and Feathers: Springtime Exploration Day”

Families are invited to celebrate the arrival of spring at the North Dakota Heritage Center, Capitol grounds in Bismarck. “Furs, Frogs, Flowers, and Feathers: Springtime Exploration Day” will take place on Saturday, April 12, 10:30 a.m.-4 p.m., offering interactive stations that explore the changes and cycles of nature in the spring season.   Engage with a variety of educational activities featuring animal furs and coloration, wildlife tracks, frog life cycles and calls, bird identification, and the role of pollinating wildflowers. Designed especially for elementary-age children, the free event encourages hands-on exploration and discovery.
