Adult Mobility Class: Move it or Lose it

Bismarck Veterans Memorial Library, 515 N 5th Street, is offering an “Adult Mobility Class:  Move it or Lose it”, on Monday mornings from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. March 25 through April 29.   Led by instructors from Northern Plains Dance, this class is free and open to anyone who is experiencing limited mobility or balance issues.  They will incorporate dance elements with corrective exercise,  so you can explore movement and improve mobility, posture, balance, and gait.
