The “People Matter Community Carnival” is scheduled for Saturday, May 10, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Wachter Middle School, 1107 S 7th Street in Bismarck.  A variety of booths will be on site and the culmination of the event is the drawing for five bike/helmet combinations.
