The Bismarck Mandan Symphony Orchestra presents “Dreaming Big” at the Belle Mehus Auditorium, 201 N 6th Street in Bismarck, at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 12.  The first and second winners of their young artist’s competition will be part of the performance.
