The public is invited to a free demonstration, “Making Chocolate Ganache [guh-Nash],” on Friday, August 4, at 10:30 a.m. at the North Dakota Heritage Center & State Museum. Ashley Torgerson, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Cooking Institute and pastry chef with Harvest Brazilian Grill in Mandan, will demonstrate how to make a delicious ganache and how to use it to make chocolate truffles. The demonstration is free and open to the public, and the recipe will be provided to those attending. This demonstration is an activity related to the temporary exhibit “Chocolate: The Exhibition“.
