The first in a series of free Cancer Survivorship Workshops will be held Monday, May 8 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. at the Bismarck Public Library.  In this workshop, entitled “Get Moving!” Physical Activity After Cancer” speakers will talk about the importance of exercise after a cancer diagnosis.  This Workshop is open to all cancer survivors, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Other workshops scheduled include “Taking Care of the Caregiver”, on May 22; “Nutrition Needs for the Cancer Survivor” on June 5; and “Meeting Your Emotional Needs during Survivorship” on June 19.  All workshops take place at the Bismarck Public Library.
