Capitol Shakespeare offers entertainment and hors d’oeuvres Thursday, March 16, for “The Ides of March,” the Bismarck theater organization’s fundraiser for its upcoming summer season.
Held from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Former Governors’ Mansion (320 E. Ave. B), this first-time event features actors performing scenes from some of Shakespeare’s most famous works.
Between scenes, attendees can tour the mansion’s ground floor and engage with members of the Capitol Shakespeare board of directors, while enjoying a cash bar and other refreshments.
Advance tickets are $25 per person or $40 per couple and can be purchased or reserved by calling 701-224-5511. Capitol Shakespeare is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. All contributions are tax deductible.
